User Guide - Reports
The planning and tracking computer program can generate two reports for individual users. This includes the following:
1. Client Information List (names, ages, diagnoses, and contact information for all active clients)
2. Intervention Activity Log (names, number of visits and duration of visits for each of the clients who received services during a previous specified period of time)
