User Guide - Add a New Client
Hints:
1. The program will automatically generate a Client Identification number.
2. Note: Use this required format to enter dates: dd-MMM-YYYY
3. Drop-down menus in the Diagnosis box allow users to select the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) code that corresponds to their client's diagnoses.
